    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@therose.paris with your order details. We will provide instructions.

    Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

    We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

    Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Earrings and pierced jewellery are not eligible for return.

     

     

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are accepted. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
