    Returns

    We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

    Return shipping costs are not covered.

    Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@therose.paris with your order details. We will provide instructions.

    Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

    We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

    The return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Earrings and certain promotional items are not eligible for return.
